If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We offer returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and in original packaging (if applicable)
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- Wait for confirmation from one of our staff members.
- When told to do so by staff, send the item you would like to return to: Dundas Museum and Archives, 139 Park St. West, Dundas ON, L9H 1X8 (or drop it off in person)!
- Please wait 3-5 business days from the time your return is received for your store credit or exchange to be processed.
